The load mass of each pallet shall be less than or equal to 2 tons. In order to ensure the safety of transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the goods should not exceed two-thirds of the width of the pallet.
Pallet goods stacking method
According to the type of goods, the quality of the goods contained in the pallet and the scale of the pallet, the stacking method of the goods on the pallet is reasonably determined. The bearing appearance of the pallet should not be less than 80% as usual. There are the following requirements for the stacking of pallet goods:
1, wooden, paper and metal containers and other hard rectangular goods single-layer or multi-layer interwoven stacking, stretching or shrink film packaging;
2, paper or fiber goods single-layer goods stacked with multi-layer, cross sealing with strapping tape.
3, sealed metal containers and other cylindrical goods single-layer or multi-layer stacking, wooden lid reinforcement.
4. Single-layer or multi-layer interwoven stacking of finished paper and textile goods that need to be protected against moisture and waterproofing; add corner support for stretching or shrinking film packaging goods; reinforce the structure of goods cover and partition;
5, fragile goods one-way or multi-layer stacking, add wooden support partition structure
6. Metal bottle type cylindrical containers or goods are stacked in a single layer and straight, adding a cargo frame and slats to strengthen the structure;
7, bags of goods multi-layer interwoven compaction stack.
