Container transport mode
1. Must comply with the provisions of plastic container stowage.
2. Packaged miscellaneous goods are suitable for shipping in turnover boxes, and unpacked overweight and long or refrigerated goods can not be transported in turnover boxes.
Container supply
1. Provided by the carrier, the goods are packed on the turnover box at the loading place, and then the goods are loaded on the transport vehicle together with the plastic turnover box, and when the consignee picks up the goods at the unloading place, the turnover box is taken away together with the empty turnover box and returned within the specified time.
2. The goods shall be delivered to the consignee together with the simple turnover box prepared by the cargo side.
Precautions for container transportation
1. Container stowage requirements must be met. For example, the quantity and weight of each plastic turnover box loaded in the same batch of freight must be consistent, not more or less. Different consignees and different goods cannot be mixed on the same container. The surface of the turnover box should be loaded with all goods, the code should be flat, the four sides should be flat, the four corners should be 90 degrees, and the top should be level.
In addition to the head mark on the original package, it is necessary to brush the gross weight of the goods in the turnover box, the port of destination, the number of turnover boxes and the number mark on both sides of the fork arm inserted in the turnover box, and the load weight of each plastic turnover box shall not exceed the specified maximum gross weight.
2. The freight of the container container shall be charged according to the gross weight and volume of the container after loading minus the weight of the container and the height of the container, that is, the container itself shall be free of freight.
3. The range of goods loaded in turnover boxes is limited, not all goods can be transported in turnover boxes. The goods suitable for turnover box transportation are limited to miscellaneous goods in the package, and bulk, unpacked, overweight, ultra-long or refrigerated goods can not be transported as turnover boxes. Two kinds of dangerous goods with different performance can never be loaded on the same turnover box as turnover box freight.
4. When the goods are transported in plastic containers, "Container shipping words" must be marked on all transport documents.
5. Each plastic container load must be tied firmly, with sufficient strength and stable balance, which can withstand general maritime risks, withstand loading and unloading operations and movement, and can withstand certain pressure above.
